Alhaji Ado Danjuma was born on the 10th of January, 1962 and hails from Daura, Local Government Area of Katsina State. He attended Bayajidda Primary School Daura from 1969-1975 and went further for his secondary education at Science Secondary School, Dutsinma, Katsina State from 1975-1979/1980. From 1980-1981, he attended the School of General Studies (now Bayero University, Kano).
He obtained a B.Sc. in Economics (Second Class Upper Division) in 1984 and Master’s in Business Administration in 1994 from Bayero University, Kano. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS UK).
He began his working experience in 1985 at the Ministry of Education, Kaduna State. In March 1986, he joined Habib Nigeria Bank Plc and rose to the position of Divisional Director, Public Sector of the then Bank PHB (which resulted from the merger of Habib Bank and Platinum Bank).
He voluntarily resigned from the Service of the Bank in 2006 and joined Hasly Consult International Limited, Abuja from 2006-2008.
He is currently the Managing Director/CEO of Harley Reed International (Management Consultants) with Head Quarters in London and branch offices in Nigeria, Ghana & Uganda.
He was appointed Board Member of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) representing the North-West Region on the 9th of December, 2019 by President Muhammadu Buhari. He is married with children.
