c.Evidence of excess input Tax Suffered.
d.Financial statements of account for the relevant years
e.Revenue Collector’s Receipt for the WHT Credit amount requested
f.PAYE deduction Schedule (when applicable);
g.Evidence of stamp duty paid for all unstamped documents (un-utilized stamp duty only);
h.E-ticket for relevant payments
i.Copy of cheque / draft /payment instruction
j.FIRS receipt issued for the payment
