The approval of a reduction in income tax by the Federal Government will boost aggregate demand, employment and ultimately national output, analysts have said:
The analysts, who spoke in separate interviews with Punch correspondent on Saturday, said if tax was reduced, income after tax would increase, which automatically mean an increase in disposable income level.
They, however, noted that to feel the impact of tax reduction, double taxation and/or multiple taxes in the economy must be eliminated.
