The Federal Government on Friday issued the framework that would guide the operations of the newly inaugurated Tax Appeal Tribunal.
The guidelines would cover the following areas: Companies Income Tax, petroleum Profit Tax, Personal Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Value Added Tax, Stamp Duties, Taxes and Levies {Approved list for Collection}, as well as all regulations, proclamation, government notices or rules issued in terms of the foregoing.
