Governor Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State has urged all eligible taxpayers in the state to honour their tax obligations to government as a precondition for goods and services from government. He said for any state to live up to its billing in the area of social amenities and infrastructure, every citizen should pay the relevant taxes to the government.
