THE Chairman of the Kaduna State Board of Internal Revenue, Alhaji Ahmed. B. Jibril, has decried the inability of some corporate organisation to pay taxes, saying it is sad that His board relies on the court in order to get tax money from the big institutions like the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

He said in an interview that, “the court is there and will prosecute on daily basis but the issue is that as soon as somebody is taken to the court, he runs to us to settle out of court.
